Our 28 year old furnace decided to stop working a week ago and Kyle came in to check it out after a long day of installation. He was quick with his diagnosis and did not charge us for finding out the failure of our furnace. After much consideration, we decided to go ahead with installing a new furnace and he was able to get us in a few days after the inspection. He provided us with reasonable prices and did not try to upsell us at any point. He was very understanding throughout the entire process. The installation was very quick and clean, and Kyle and his team came in early to their appointment, making everything much easier and smoother. This was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be working with Lashbrook Mechanical in the future!
My wife and I were very pleased with Kyles work. We asked him to address our HVAC needs in our recently purchased home. We were having issues with temperature and moisture control in our basement. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and offered a cost effective solution. He was personable and worked efficiently. He was also reasonably priced. Had a furnace problem on Saturday morning, 11/30/24. I hoped it was just a dirty flame sensor. But wanted a pro to look at it. Kyle was quick to respond to my call. He was early for the appointment and very professional. Very fair price for what thankfully was a simple fix.

He works hard to get the job done fast while saving us as much money as he can. He's the best!
I found out about the DTE furnace tune up rebate because of Kyle’s post on Nextdoor. He was able to make an appointment before the December 1 deadline and promptly arrived to do the work. He did all the paperwork with no cost to me. I’ll be calling Lashbrook Mechanical for all my HVAC work in the future.
I needed an HVAC company for a less common problem: radon--something I had no interest in until health became a concern. When all the usual mitigation methods did not produce a desired result, I turned to ERV as a last resort.
I contacted six companies. One was like, what's an ERV? Two gave me unaffordably high estimates. Kyle was not only very knowledgeable, but he also gave me a great price, and he promptly, patiently and thoroughly answered the many questions I emailed him about.

Radon is coming down and I am also pleasantly surprised by how much fresher the air feels in my home. While an ERV is not a guarantee for radon mitigation, I would highly recommend that anyone with a persistent radon problem investigate this option, and for the installation, look no further than Lashbrook Mechanical.
